Year 1 (2021-2022)

In year 1, Sabrina Ahmed, Yingquan Li, Mengyi Guo, and Angela Borden will accomplish all the tasks. Since this is a startup company, we are focusing on the MVP.  After building out the MVP, the PetLovers team is looking forward to employing others in the Fulfillment Department, Software Development, Database Maintenance, Supply Chain Department, Customer Service, Marketing, and Procurement Department at the end of the 1st year. 

Year 2 (2022-2023)

We are looking forward to hiring a fulfillment associate, a supply chain specialist, and a database administrator (Jr) within March. As projected, we are expecting an increase in sales after the 1st year and 3 fulfillment associate will be required to process growing orders. Furthermore, we are projecting growth in the number of online customers. We plan to migrate our database to AWS and maintain an advanced data warehouse for data mining. Since Yingquan Li is currently looking after the database, he will need assistance in order to maintain and improve database performance. So we are going to hire a database administrator (Jr) and a software development engineer in the 2nd year (2022-2023). We will also employ a supply chain manager in this period to improve and optimize our supply chain process.

Year 3 (2023-2024)

PetLovers team is committed to fast delivery and the best customer service for our valued customers. At the beginning of the 3rd year, the PetLovers team plans to employ two customer service agents, a product development manager, a vendor manager, and another fulfillment associate. To answer customer queries, manage returns, and overall customer service, we will employ a customer service agent at the beginning of the 3rd year. 
Our company sells products that are produced and assembled in a very creative method with care.  We are procuring products internationally too. To improve our product line, we will hire a product development manager in the 3rd year. The vendor manager will maintain relationships with international vendors and grow the procurement process. This incumbent will also develop and improve vendor relations and import sourcing for cost savings and new selection. 

Currently, PetLovers' Main Office is located in Virginia with its Canada branch in Toronto.
