Founded by Sabrina Ahmed, Angela Borden, Mengyi Guo, and Yingquan Li, PetLovers is planning to launch its website in 2022. At PetLovers, we are offering one-stop shopping for you and your loved ones to celebrate and cherish every joyful and radiant moment in life. ♡
PetLovers provides a myriad of a high-quality and diverse amount of products for dogs and cats such as birthday gift baskets, welcome gift baskets, and party goody bags. Our products range in price from $1.50 to $100. We plan to utilize iterative and incremental development, utilizing an adaptive series of time-boxed iterations as well as analyze customer metrics and inputs to expand our products and offer additional gift items such as sympathy gift baskets, birthday items, customized frames, and matching pajamas in the future.

HOW DO WE WORK
PROCESSING ORDERS
PetLovers processes all orders within one hour of receipt during normal business hours unless otherwise requested. We use a suite of delivery services in order to meet your delivery needs. PetLovers delivery services are available in the United States initially, with plans to launch in other markets such as Asia, Europe, and other countries in the coming years. We may pivot delivery strategies once we have more validated learning metrics from our MVP.
Purchases will be made via the PetLovers website by adding products directly to your cart and checking out to complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email and will receive shipping and tracking information once your items ship.
OUR GUARANTEE
At PetLovers, our attention to design, materials, safety and construction is our priority. Satisfaction is achieved through quality and craftsmanship. We will carefully inspect your order prior to shipment and our ultimate goal is to exceed your expectations.
Upon delivery, please inspect the gift and notify us within five business days of any damage. By email, please provide us enough information in order to understand the situation including pictures of the damages. Failure to submit the necessary supporting documentation will result in the claim being denied. We will replace the damaged items if the damage was caused by a delivery carrier such as ( Fedex, UPS, etc.) if supporting documentation is provided. Items that are not damaged, will not be replaced.
