Meet The Team
Sabrina Ahmed
Sabrina is PetLovers communications manager. She seeks to strengthen communications from PetLovers to all internal and external audiences to engage them in us. As a multilingual speaker, she is keen to share your stories with PetLovers.
Angela Borden
Angela has always been an avid fan of two things, dogs and roller derby. She spends most of her free time helping animals. In a professional role, she has a background in graphic design specializing in logo design, branding, and web design. As the former owner of a pet boutique, Angela loves discovering exciting new lines of pet products and introducing them to PetLovers.
Mengyi Guo
Mengyi is a veterinary practitioner and food animal veterinarians. She is also a member of Transport Coordinator & Canine Behaviourist at Tiny Paws Dog Rescue Canada. At PetLovers, she is in charge of product design and helps you and your pets to get the most nutritious gift sets.
Yingquan Li
Yingquan is a platform engineer for PetLovers. He is doing backend development, solutions architecting and agile scrum planning for the team. He is passionate about giving customers' pets the best experience possible on those special celebratory occasions.
We work in a collaborative environment, with the goal being to provide the best service possible to our customers. Our home-based business is located in Northern Virginia with a Canada branch located in Toronto and plans to expand as our brand grows.

MONDOU owns a variety of pet products. By working with MONDOU and utilizing the customers' shopping behaviours, PetLovers would better to design its gift sets.

PetSmart is leading pet specialty chains in both US and Canada. It partners with nearly 4,000 nonprofits and governmental entities. PetLovers also aims to promote the bond between pets and its owners. By providing birthday gift sets to pets, we both desire to better improve pets lifestyle. We hope we could be involved within this big pet family and help all pet lovers.

Taobao, as the eighth most-visited website globally in 2021, facilitates C2C retail by providing a platform for small businesses to open line stores that mainly cater to consumers in Chinese-speaking regions and abroad. PetLovers would like to work with Taobao and launch its products to the Asia marketplace.

Kabo delivers healthy meals to pets across Canada. It is promoting a healthy eating lifestyle, which is always believed by PetLovers. Meanwhile, we share common target customers who cares the quality of a healthy and defined products for pets. By working with Kabo, PetLovers could share the markets and the well-established customer circles to better promote our service.
BringFido
BringFido is the world's leading pet travel and lifestyle brand. Its services cover around the globe more than 250,000 pet-friendly places. PetLovers plans a partnership with BringFido so that our service could reach overseas markets with limited budgets. By doing so, each side could capitalize on the strengths to excel in the pet industry.
Mira Foundation
Mira offers free guide dogs and service dogs for people living with disabilities. PetLovers aims to work with this non-profit organization to gain more community involvement and deliver its values. By initial sponsoring with Mira, PetLovers desires to support animals and their owners and add social value to our products.

PetLovers utilizes Tree Street Advisory (“Tree Street”) as its Financial Advisor to assist with the budget & financial planning. Tree Street is a partner of PetLovers due to its strong expertise with ecommerce entrepreneurs.
We work with Tree Street to gain a better understanding of expenses for better planning and forecasting with our pet gifting niche. We are constantly looking to create and share strategies to get feedback on our goals (understanding the customers’ needs) by polling our pet gifting clientele as well as outreach to experts in the industry. Tree Street works to help us measure activity and evaluate key performance indicator measures, so we can gauge if our plan is working.
Working closely with our CPA, Tree Street Advisory also assists with guiding decisions and identifying tax savings, investment strategies, risk management and charitable giving strategies. PetLovers wants to remain cognizant and be conservative when projecting costs, have a good understanding of our assets, plan for any financing needs, pad projections for revenue so that there’s room in the event sales don’t go as planned. It is very important to have a full understanding of our start-up costs and long-term operation costs.
From a marketing perspective, Tree Street Advisory helps to ensure that PetLovers’ plan is inclusive of branding and able to reach customers through social media and more. A Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (“SWOT”) analysis was contemplated for planning for growth as well as planning for overcoming roadblocks and setbacks.
